Wonderful Stay!
kind staff excellent service clean room comfortable bed
The staff was genuinely kind and helpful. I received excellent service at Maya's rooftop bar. The bartender knew a lot about the menu. The room was clean and beautifully appointed.. I did find little extras. The bed was very comfortable and I had a choice of pillows.
The gym is outdated and some equipment is not fully functional.

Breakfast offered a fantastic food choice and great diversity. I enjoyed omelettes plus scrambled eggs each morning. Afternoon tea was also included and it proved very good with sweet and savoury treats.

The Narra Beautiful Double Afternoon tea room proved spacious and clean. It came with good storage space for luggage and personal items. I appreciated the nice extra touch of chocolates and fruit being offered in the room.

The hotel enjoys a super location with short distances to the city center. I found the perfect location allowed easy access to different attractions. The rooftop pool allows relaxation away from the city.

amazing experience, clean rooms, great staff
clean room beautiful staff lovely breakfast perfect location
this place presents very well i must say rooms look super clean i really enjoyed the cleanliness. the staff are beautiful and the breakfasts were lovely i liked that feature. location is ideal as well walking distance to everything this city offers it's a plus. i had a welcome drink during check in a fruit plate too
the gym equipment seems outdated to me some pieces even looked broken i didn't use it because of that

staff were friendly and courteous attending to needs quickly i got a fruit plate and a welcome drink at check-in. ms thao was really professional ensuring my room change happened smoothly due to some initial issues it solved my problems

some issues i face
outdated equipment bathroom update
the gym really was outdated. a equipment was old and was broken. i asked for help but no one came. also, the bathroom was in need of an update because water overflowed from the shower and flooded the floor a little.
